Where do we deliver to?

We ship worldwide!

How high are the shipping costs?

We offer the following shipping rates:

- Germany: 2,90€, free above 60€

- EU: 7,90€, free above 80€

- Worldwide: 9,90€, free above 80€

How long does delivery take?

After receiving your order, we need 1-3 working days to prepare your order. Once shipped, it depends on the destination country. Within Germany, our experience with DHL is that shipping takes 1-4 working days.

Who pays for return shipping?

As long as a product is not damaged or otherwise insufficient, the customer carries the return fees.

Product related questions

What materials are the products made of?

For our products, we use the traditional South African ShweShwe cottons. You can learn more about ShweShwe fabrics here.

The linings of our Chalkbags are always made with high-quality anti-pilling fleece. Small parts such as zippers, belt of velcro are sourced from known suppliers to ensure that you get a top-notch and durable product.

Can I wash these products?

In general: yes.

Who makes these products and where?

We make them ourselves! At this point we are a small team of 3 people, crafting each Chalkbag and Chalk Bucket for you by hand.

Our Studio is right in the center of Berlin - that way it's not too far to the climbing gym for a quick post-work sesh!
